hit music - top menu navigation

Ok, so this is an incredibly noob question but I am new to CMS

I've installed Quickstart and I want to rename the seven menu names (next to the logo position) - how can I rename them? Please point me to where the naming is as I cannot seem to find it.

As I said, I'm a complete noob to this..

The url is lifeabove11.com and the seven positions (instead of what is there now) should be

In Joomla panel: Menus >> Main Menu

Thank you very much - I ended up just figuring it out. However, now when I create a new story (and copy the settings for what I think is a story that is showing up in header1), my new story does not show up in header1 (with the label and thumbnails).

How do I build an article so it ends up in header1's horizontal position and header2's listings..?

Header1 is a GK Image Show and it's showing slides managed from Photoslide GK3 component.
Header2 is a bunch of modules set on tabs from the module GK Tabs You can manage to set the articles inside this modules by choosing right category or article ID.
