SOLVEPop up window look bad in IE but OK in Chrome

Summary: when click add friend or whatever setting there is a pop up window which look normal in Chrome browser (rounded rectangle border). But when I click setting or add friend in IE, a pop up will show up but broken (I don't know how to explain). It's not a uniform rectangle. It happen both IE 7 and IE 8.
Steps to Reproduce: Click any application setting or click add friend button.
Results: broken pop up window

Product version: 1.8.4
Joomla! version: 1.5.18
PHP version: 5.2.9
MySQL version: 5.0.91-community
Webserver version: 2.2.15
Joomla! template used: GK ElveSocial 2.1.0
JomSocial template used: gk_style

I asked this question to JomSocial team and they said it's about CSS 3 and IE conflict problem.

But it's look good in Chrome.

are the problems of representation is only with IE, I use the currently
IE8.
And at the layout of jomsocial - gk_style
Mozilla and Chrome is okay


Just also tested with the default layout of jomsocial.
It is located on the template!

Do you mean a super admin permission to the site? Why do you need to change CSS on my server because you can test it on your side?

I was able to fix that partialy with this code placed at the end of template.css file:

but it's still no good. Popup is not resizing, unfortunately it's connected with javascript and I do not know it much.
