Adding reCaptcha and text to the Register form.

Hi, I'm getting a lot of spam registrations to my site and I'd like to add reCaptcha to the registration form to try to stop them.
I don't want to install yet another extension or component, I just want to learn how to insert the code from the reCaptcha website into the registration file.

I'd also like to know how to add text to the registration form in the same way this site has the text for the terms and conditions etc.

I would appreciate an answer to this as well and please dont hit me with the big rude THIS IS A CUSTOMIZATION issue because its not, The captcha needs to work out of the box. Spam is getting really bad these days. I need to add it to the register box on yourshop.

Mate, the captcha is not delivered with Joomla CMS, so THIS IS A CUSTOMIZATION!
BTW/ on our Contact Page we used the FunreCaptcha.
