Problem with Register module translation

Hello,

could you help me to find where is the file to translate the mod_gk_register? I tried a lot of archives but had no sucess.



I want to translate to portuguese. As you can see above the other fields was translated, but the field name can´t be translated.

Please, help me.

File mod_gk_register.php line 22:

Simply change 'NAME' to your text.
