Template for a Website Sharing Videos

Hi,

I am asked to make a proposal for a Website Sharing Videos. I have no experience in this kind of websites so i need your expert opinions.


"The Website 'only' requiring a few clicks and steps to upload videos, view videos, create profiles and create personalized channels. We want to give users the ability to download and share videos."

"The website has to be built with the users in mind, that is enjoyable, useful and easy-on-the-eyes."

Pls any recommendation about templates, plugins and whatever useful for this project are more than welcome

If it should be simple than Joomsocial video options may be enought, but it has a lot of other social options which will be hard to disable if You do not need them. If You are looking for straight video component than I found http://www.hdvideoshare.net/ useful.
