INSTL_ERROR_INITIALISE_SCHEMA

I am having trouble installing the "coffe" template.

I am getting an error message "INSTL_ERROR_INITIALISE_SCHEMA".

Please advise what could be causing the problem and if possible let me know how to fix the problem in order to successfully install the template.
