Creative and module manager issuess

Hallo, when i try to access in Creative template in module manager:
Frontpage - Testimonial, Frontpage - take a tour banner, Frontpage Banner
i get an error message :
* Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.
* You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#498).

or
* Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.
* You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#501).

can you help me please , i need to change them

Hi

Please try to "Maintenance > Global Check in" and try again.
