Complete list of Tags in main

I need help with tags:

I want show complete list of tags in main body like an article. I will also make a menu item "Tags List". when you click it, you will see all the tags in main body. How can do it?

I know how to put the tags module there but what is the link to place in the menu?

Note: As you know tag tab can show limited number of tags. if I have, for example, 200 tags, and If I want to show them all. it is not possible. as for tag module on let or right side: if I show all tags, then the module will be a very long one. it will not seem a good design.

I do not think there is a way to make it easily. The easiest would be to modificate K2 tools module showing tags to remove the limit and use an article to load this module inside with code {loadposition XXX}
