Layout edit_modules not found

I am trying to edit menus in the template that I installed with the quick start package but I get this error message:

500 - An error has occurred.
Layout edit_modules not found
Return to Control Panel

What am I doing wrong? Some help will be appreciated.

Solved! I finally figured out:=) :lol:

It was me who could not find my mind!
