CAN I INSTALL THE TEMPLATE TWICE

Ηi i am trying to modify my site in two language , but the changes i want to make in both the two languages will take tons of time.

So i would like to know if it is possible to install the template twice one for my native language and one for English.

Yes you can, but needs important changes on files.
There's a simple and easier way
Joomla! 2.5 allows you to duplicate the template installed and them you can assign to different menu links, components or language.

Check template manager panel.
