same characters and the same font size in articles

How to use the same characters, same font size, same color etc.. in every article in my site?
Do I have to edit the typography.css?
How do I enable this?

I grown the letter size to 12 px...how do i clear the cache?

In joomla panel go to TOOLS >> CLEAN CACHE, select all and click delete from right top corner.
