Menu does not appear?

I installed the quickstart package on www.anneonline.be.
For some strange reason, the menu does not appear, and i can't find it in the backend.
How can i solve this?

Please try to choose database as session handler and try also change the error showing level in php.ini file.

I upgraded joomla 1.5.12 to 1.5.20 from http://www.joomla.org/download.html, and always the same display menu problem
I note that in the others templates that I tried on my pc, thas field is enabled, I can choose between "database" and "none"

Ok. Lets start from the beginning. Please check if all permissions are set fine. The most important are /cache /templates/gk_ickysport/params.ini

Is there any possibility that You put Your site online and handle me the ftp access ?

I have the same problem. Installed fresh from quickstart and no menu at all. Everything else works! Any clues?

Here's the interesting though, if I install it from scratch (Not the quickstart method) the menu is there!

I believe it's some joomla bug and the quickstart is not updated ICKY is being recoded to T3 framework.

Rename your htaccess.txt file to .htaccess

This solution point's exacly to the joomla but I mentioned. Upgrading joomla to the latest should fix it.

I was having the problem with 1.6 just dowloaded it 3 days ago. It was my understanding that I have a recent copy of the code. Joomla worked fine, it was the themes that would not update or show changes to menus or the theme itself.

Now I'm confused a little. Icky is not 1.6 Joomla template. Please use joomla 1.5 or a template for 1.6.
