Image Instead of Slideshow

Was wondering if I could put an image in place of the slideshow?

Instead of the using the slideshow at all?

with most module positions, you can create a "cutom html" module, and put a picture in it you dont have to put any component in any module position really...
just have a look at the module positions layout, find the module name and assign a new custom html module to that position.

same goes for any other module postion... you can even use the module suffixes to give it borders, clear bg, etc etc
