Problem with Joomla3 TinyMCE editor

Hi everyone, I have the following problem with the new version of TinyMCE included in Joomla3 standardly:
-in the new version, i cannot find the following option i was used to in joomla 2.5:
picture=> edit => advanced => alternative picture shown by mouse-in, mouse-out ...

This is a very important function, joomla or TinyMCE haven´t really deleted it, have they?
Where can i find this option?
Or do you know another good editor realicing this function easily?

I have found the old TineMCE version called tinymce_3.5.4.1,
but i cannot install it into joomla3 via expansions>install file-package. It causes errors.
Is there a different way to install TineMCE?

99% that this version can't be used with Joomla3.x.
With 3.x branch a lot was changed and tinyMCE was also corrected to work with it.
You can ask on Joomla forum - they are more advanced than we... But probably answer will be the same.

I think you should search for a plugin that could make this action with images. Sadly - I don't know any kind of that (when I need one, I just code it into my site manually ).
