Increase number of horizontal spots in Grid GK5 module?

Hi,
old thread but never answered. Can I change the number of horizontal module spots in Grid GK5 module?
I need to have 7 in a row.

I managed to make space for the 7th item but I cant figure out why isnt filling it up.
In helper.php I put 7 instead of 6 and I got the spot.
In /tmpl/default.php I changed 600 to 700 so I get the correct height.
Now somewhere in some script something tells it to fill 6 instead of 7.

I changed all 6 to 7 in all files but still no luck.
Can someone please take a look?
