updates = 404 Eror - page not found .. what the F...!

Hi

I have installed startup template and I am having some problems. In menu HELP - Updates I saw an update for my template, but when I push the download button is says 404 Error - Page Not Found THE PAGE YOU'RE LOOKING CAN'T BE FOUND.

Then I tried another template update - same problem - and I have logged in.

When cant I download any updates??

Hi,
1) What template you are using?
2) Probably yours versions have old update links, we changed some url in meantime...
If you want update, just download new version from our Gavick Download section and re-install.

on gavick.com I am choosing menu JOOMLA submenu JOOMLA TEMPLATES
Then I choose menu HELP then UPDATES
Then I click on button More Details (template Startup for Joomla! 3)
Then I push on button Download
which result in 404 The page you're looking cant be found

so .. how do I download updates
