You have to create a menu item linking directly to the linked article with alias "tempo-libero"

How can i do it?

In the menu manager you have to create a new menu item which will be connected to the specific item and set the menu item alias to "tempo-libero". Example: https://docs.joomla.org/Adding_a_new_menu_item

Ok, i'm able to create a menù but how can i connect the menù to the k2 article (my project) from the home page?

While creating a menu item you can select an article under the menu item editor
