Suggestion for custom icon fonts

Hello everyone.

I have made a tool for building custom font icons extremely quickly. If you have SVG files ready, with this custom made gulp process you can make web font like font Awesome in 2-3 seconds, all with style guide included.

It would be great if devs at Gavick could make an option for us to use this option in templates instead of font Awesome. Everyone could have their own custom web fonts, without icons they don't need

That's a nice app, but You already can add custom fonts to templates. Just put the link to file to include in /layout/blocks/head.php and than attach icons to site using override.css file.

I know how to make changes to templates, that is non issue I was thinking ahead, because when you update your templates, my custom changes will be overwritten. At some point if I make plenty of changes, some would be lost.

Option in template menu where we can chose custom icon font family instead of predefined ones would be great. Same goes for regular fonts since I can't find an option for local fonts, just remote (Google, fontSquirrel etc).

I have shared this app with you if at some point you want to make your own custom icons.

Ok.Thank You for that, but I squirrel fonts are loaded locally from /fonts folder in template, so You can upload Your font there.
