I am moving my site from Joomla to wordpress.

What is the best way to move articles from article manager and K2 across to Wordpress?

Currently I use the News template (www.ringnews24.com) I need to buy the wordpress news template still but is there a way to keep the layout the same?

I don't think there is any automated way :(. You need to reenter them manually.

Is there a way to keep the layout the same as it is on www.ringnews24.com just now? Or do I need to edit all the manual changes after the move?

You need to reimplement all the changes again. WP and Joomla are completely different.
