Hello, I have the pulse 2009 template. I do manual installation and I cannot find the gk typography plugin so as to install. Where is it at the site? How can I find it?

it is located in the rest file... under plugins...

Would you give information about where the pulse at the top left corner in the template is? Is it an image? I would like to write a text as logo. I want to remove the pulse and to write my text! Is it possible?Excuse me for my inconvenience!!!
