This template is supposed to be released today, so where is the screen shot of it. I don't know if I'm asking for the Feb or Jan template sense we a month behind. To the staffs relief I'm letting my subscription expire, so do I get the template that you guys never produced or do I get ripped off for a template?

for you an everyone else which subscription is to expire. if you subscribed for 12 month you get 12 templates...

I got a few black credit cards that say I could have an account here till there is no more Gavick, it's by choice that I don't subscribe. It will be 6 months or more before Gavick becomes a value for the subscription price anyway. Funny you would respond to that and that only.. Now where is the screen shot, because i doubt if the template will be available this week.

i am only a forum moderator, trying to help as much as i can. im not a developer or designer. so i haven't seen the design either...

Well the problem is there is nobody capable of answering such important questions. More over when these questions are asked the staff goes on the defensive at the very site of a questions like this.

What should happen sense your an employee is you say you don't know and GO FIND OUT! Maybe it's an American thing but we have something called customer service that seems to escape the business ethics of Gavick.

PS he's speaking French.. I think they have customer service there too from the looks of it.

that' s close but google translate doesn't do such a great job on french . Basically 2010 templates should have been caught up in 2010. If you joined in 2010 you should get all 12 templates instead of the 11 they trying to get by with.

man, this is taking some time - i have a 12-month subscription, do i get to download 12 templates? i must say that i only got 11 last time my subscription expired, so i doubt it.

other reputable designers issue their templates on the first of each month, gavick are now 41 days behind on this basis.

not even a word on how things are progressing?

This is not a marketing. Unfortunately everything got moved in time because the time needed for implementation of the framework for 1.6 and recoding the modules for this version and we are trying to catch up as fast as possible. I just wanted to let You know that it's been almost ready.

But the release date has nothing to do with the 1.5 version, because we already know the 1.6 version isn't ready. So where is the screen shot of the 1.5 version? if your dealing with 1.6 modules, 1.5 has to be ready right?

I don't normally do this, but I do have a site I'm trying to get started and I've held off to see what this next template would be like. Not a good practice, but with the new framework I was willing to wait and see what's on the horizon.

Not having a demo by now is excusable with all the work that goes into it, but not even having a single screenshot is abnormal and inconvenient.


Still, I do appreciate the updates, and your customer service office has been very helpful with extending my service until its release. Enough so that this complaint is a bit neutralized.
