Hey there,

I am getting this error on my back-end and also on some front-end pages... (screenshot attached)

I think it has something to do with me deleting the original default "Superadmin" with User ID 62.

Would greatly appreciate if someone could help me out with this?

Thank you kindly,
V.

P.S. Please excuse smiley face, i look better in real life.

You could try adding the original Super Admin back into the database using PHPMyAdmin as ID62. The password needs to be encrypted/hashed but you can find how to do this if you do a Google search.

Have u ever come across this problem before? Or heard of it ?

Hi

Try also disabling FTP access in joomla global configuration. The first screenshot point's to a wrong settings in this area, but You do not need it.

Thank you, that takes care of the first screenshot issue.

But doesn't for the second one.

Would u agree on the re-install so that the user id 62 is there again?

In the template manager screen i get this line at the top;

"The parameter file /templates/gk_mystore/params.ini is unwritable!"

Would the above line stop me from changing the width of the template?

Cheers,
v

Hi

I would add this one manualy, but of course insatll it one more time is much easier.

The message about having it unwritable sometimes displays even if this file is writable. It depends on php version and settings in php.ini file. But to be sure You can always set the permissions to this file 755 manualy using some ftp client.
