It may be coincidence, but only in templates gk, I can not enable the "create an account" on login form. I'm using Music City and Party Freak. What's wrong?

Have you set the global settings to allow registration?

Yes, i did. I got other templates, and the problem appears only in gk, I refer of course, to the native component of joomla. I'm working on localhost. In addition, the registration form does not work.
