enabled / disabled icon don't show in module manager...plugin manager

Hi,
i have installed the quickstart content of "Pulse" in my localhost but when i go in my back end in modules manager or plugin managar i can't see the classic icon in the column of enabled/disabled...how i can do?

same problem with the articles manager...and the demo is without the main menu...

I've seen the icon issue before and that was a wrong permissions to the user, please check it.

The menu problem is because of some incompatibilities between joomla and PHP version. Please try upgrading joomla first if this doesn't help upgrade PHP also.
