sitemap not working

I'm wonder where's the new index.php goes, the new index.php it's very difference from previous version.

Sitemap can't be generated and I can't find <head></head> area to place in my script.

I need some help here, hope to hear from support soon.

Please help me find my index.php script, is been replace by other file.
