Unfortunately, there is still no demo for this and I could really use one to see as an example of how this is supposed to look with TWN II template.

Again, I am using 1.5 Joomla. So far to fix some of this stuff, it's cost quite a bit of money. I thought it would be seamless. I have some new problems.

The displayed modules, (I am using modules from Techjoomla) when inserted into Jomsocial positions (js-top_position) do not display correct "looking." See examples.

When inserting a module suffix, it does not work or activate the css. They, Techjoomla, suggested I contact you for this. The modules should look like the other JS Modules like on the Community Front Page on the Right hand side. They do not.

THEN, when you use TWN II positions, the Jomsocial Toolbar does not span across the whole page like it should. It cuts off and goes to the next line. So it's not working well with TWN II, which, honestly, is a pretty boring template that I WISH I didn't have to use.

One the red/pink buttons looks out of place or the spacing is also weird. (In the Jomsocial Toolbar.)

Enclosed are the screenshots. I hope this helps and I hope this post makes sense. Thank you for reviewing and helping. I definitely need to get this fixed asap or we cannot launch the new site.

This is unbelievable. You "closed" my ticket. Another thing I signed up for - ticket support. NOT forum support. I like forum support - absolutely, but some issues and information should be in confidence. The option for both is necessary. My subscription included personalized ticket support... that I am no longer allowed to use... absurd.

There was ZERO support with Template Plazza. That's why I was on the hunt for a new template developer. New products, great support. It was a huge selling point. My webguys said I had to find a place that "supported" their products and I thought that was you guys.

I have literally gone from being a huge fan and excited about using your products, to now feeling totally scammed.

Not only can I NOT obtain and use new 1.5 templates through you through with my paid subscription, I am, apparently no longer entitled to private, personal ticket support which is another reason WHY I originally chose, signed up and PAID for this worthless subscription. Harsh - I am sorry, but you should have grandfathered people into ticket support who paid for it AND give a HUGE disclaimer prior to purchase about your position on NOT making Joomla 1.5 templates.

How are you going to obtain my admin information to check out the issues I am referring to. I am not going to post my admin and personal login's, passwords and access on a forum.

Honestly, I am speechless and genuinely bummed. If the roles were reversed, you'd be to. I was "sold" a bag of goods I cannot use. Yes, I hate writing this, but I also hate wasting my time and money.

Still waiting for answers and support. This is, unfortunately, holding up development on my new site.

Please let me know how the problems above can be corrected. Thanks.

This is going on a few weeks now. Your lack of assistance is holding up our project and development.

I have received zero help with these problems enclosed. You've closed my tickets. I am still waiting solutions, service and support from you, as that is what I paid for.

The module variations advertised and the css displayed and promoted on the new Jomsocial TWN II are not working in unison.

Please advise.
