Remove Top menu 1

I need to remove Top menu 1, I desactivated it from menu manager but still shows.

You need to disable any modules using "topmenu 1".
Go to joomla admin > extensions > module manager
On the right in Position Filter Choose "topmenu 1"
Then disable any modules using this position.
