Installation Error

Hello!,

When I tyring to install the world news theme, I am getting the following error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/yahind/public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/archive/zip.php on line 314

When I install this file:

gk_twn_quickstart_J!15

Kindly advise, how to solve this issue.
