Big Problems with IE on this one

Hey there!
I just finished to edit this template and now I was going to view it in Internet Explorer the first time. It is A DISASTER!!!

Can anybody give me some help what I can do now to fix this?
In Firefox it looks really fine but IE... omg I don't know what to do...
