Login and Search dissapear at the article submission link

Hi! I added a new link in the main menu.. as an Article Submission Layout.. But "Login" "Register" and "Search" dissapear in this page.

If i add a Web Link Submission, everything is ok. a problem is just at the Article Submission Layout. Do you have any idea?
