Switch off Login & Register links on Corporate 2 template?

I've tried most things I can think of to switch off the Login & Register links at the top of the page in Corporate 2.

- Joomla's "Global Configuration->User settings" I've selected "Allow user registration" -> "No"
- In Template manager corporate 2 config. "Features"->"Register button only for unregistered users"->"off"

I even tried switching off the tools.

Try this:

Go to Joomla! Back-end -> Extensions -> Module Manager

Try to find the modules mod_register and mod_login and disable both of them.

If you want to find them easily from the 'Select position' drop-down select posiotion 'login' and Joomla! will display the modules that are using this position. Do the same with position 'register'.
