Can't seem to change page title of the default login

I'd like to change the title (title tags) of this page to something other than "Login", don't see

index.php?option=com_user&view=logi.

- change of title in mod_login doesn't seem to work, although I suspect this is the wrong place
- do not see appropriate way to mod /html/com_user/login/default_login.php

I know this is simple.
