Remove Register Option

I have my site set to not accept registrations, but it is still showing 'Register' in the header.

After further investigation, it's not a module here, it's hard coded into the template. Kind of silly if you ask me, since many sites don't allow open registration and turn this option off.

How can I get rid of the Register option, but keep Login?

I would also like to control the login redirect.

I can, but right now the site is locked because we don't want it public.

You just need to disable GK Register module and "Register" button will not be displayed.
