There can be a lot of reasons of such behaviour. I bet it's a wrong HTML structure in one of the articles, but I't possible that You have removed a sign too much during modifications. So You will need to check articles and modified files and see it HTML structure is correct.

A qick visual fix is to add this code to css, but problem of validation error will still be present.

Sorry, but I do not know why this button is not visible. I've checked all plugin loading codes and all of them are in place. Which means this is a configuration issue. Unfortunately I'm not K2store expert, so it would be better if You look at K2 forums.

Just to confirm. Please change to a different template for a moment and see it button is visible there.

Ok. But this means that it's not a template problem and You should talk to K2store developers about this issue. Sorry, but I do not know much about this component.
