Facebook Button dont show in all Article with this template

Hi all,

i working more than 3 days with the template to install the facebook like button under my
article.

I have test many possibility's now i need your help:
Template: MyStore with the last update
K2: For Article Management
GK5Facebook modul: It works fine !!

My ToDos was:
Disable GK5 Modul: Result negativ
Change the Hardcodet Part in the K2 File like the other Facebook Thread: Negativ
Disable GKs-Authentication Plugin: Result negativ

I have not more fb plugins installed.

In the template activatet are: Connect with fcebook and facebook like button

If i used the Atomic Standart template all Facebook Button works fine.

I think You've overdo this a little bit Actually fb like button is there, but it hiding under the visible part of the website. Please undo all hard code changes and send me an access to joomla panel. I'll try to use only K2 fb like button options.

Hi all,

i have delete the Facebook API key in the Template. Mean the field the input field
is empty.

now it works if i let the hardcodet my FB ID in the item.php

here : js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/de_DE/all.js#appId=178990312138053&xfbml=1";

i change the key (security) a little bit.

It is a good way. Two words for my so if i can understand my mistake was fine

So and here is the final:

the conflict comes between the K2 Facebook function and the Template.

The Template Socialbutton are without function if the k2 activ. If the API in the Template emty than the button are working over k2. if we fill the api field no button are see.

I dont know if we can disable the K2 Socialfunction in general.

In moment we disabled the template.

Ok. If it's working than I got nothing to add But this is kind of strange case, because noone ever reported this before and I myself was using both this functions multiple times and never had problems with it. Are You sure nothing was modified before this problem happened ?

I had the same problem with Pixellove! And when cleared the API ID in template K2 "Like it" button appeared!

Please make sure template is updated to the latest version and check it than. If problem will be still visible please try if the same is happening while /html/com_k2 is renamed to /html/_com_k2

Using Startup theme for Joomla 3 and got the same problem. Everything's updated to last version but K2 (using the quickinstall packet)...

Deleting the ID from the template social option makes the like button reappear... Also tried renaiming com_K2 to _com_K2 but nothing changed and the problem persists...

Needing K2, i'm keeping the Facebook IF field blank.

ID is required for facebook login only and it may conflict with other fb apps if their ID is assigned to a different user.
