Forms are displayed differently.
At the top because you have a demo at the bottom of a quickstart/template.

Hi

I have the answer from programmers.

The look of popup You have is a fixed one, our demo was not updated with this fix. Fix was made because couple of clients reports that site break layout on the small resolution screens when register popup is oppening outside the page.

I then changed only "#popup_cart { width:302px; }" in template.css
("Cart" - "Корзина")
