In the picture see the adres. is administrator/administrator/ In the address bar is duplicated. I do not understand why. Can you help me?

What do you have into the lines

define( 'URL', '/' );
define( 'SECUREURL', '/' );

in the configuration file:
administrator/components/com_virtuemart/virtuemart.cfg.php ??
