Edit module suffix

Dear Team,

How can I remove the "shadow" styling and make for instance a "rounded edge" suffix?

Hi Konrad,

Sorry for the inconvenience..
I mean the shadow under every module block in the middle of the home page (about me, latest work etc.)

I'd like to remove the shadow and make the edges just straight or rounded.
Also how can I let the top menubar drop 3px down?
