Logo Position and other newbie questions about PostNote

I'm just getting going with postnote, great looking template, thank you.

1) I need to make the logo area taller, so that a 120x120 logo could fit to the left of the nav bar. It is ok if the logo goes almost to the top of the page. Here is the page I'm working on.http://weberarts2.dataz.com/

SOLVED: 2) how do you get the text formatting to be the same as the header position on the home page of the demo.

3) how do I access the logo position above the mainmenu on the right side. TOOLS on this page

This is the link to the logo file I'm trying to fit into the logo spot. I've been playing with the CSS but can't seem to get it to fully display. Please help!
