White space in outer modules?

Ok, we`ve updated the postnote template + joomla version to 2.5.4

All went pretty gd! Now that we have the template in 2.5

We seem to have a white space in 2 out of the 4 boxes, (top 1 and top 5) while i copied top 1 & top 5 from top2 module to have the same coding etc.

However, top 1 and top 5 seem to produce a small white space which i`d like to disappear. Any suggestions?

I`m working offline but i`ll post a image asap.

I use the latest Postnote version 2.10.

The effect comes with an update from News Show Pro GK4 ver. 3.1.2 to version 3.2.
Updating to version 3.2 with no other changes destroys the design of the thumbnails.
As soon as I downgrade to News Show Pro GK4 ver. 3.1.2 all of the four thumbnails fill the boxes completely.

Please see the second row of pictures. All pictures are distorted: The height ist to large, width is way to small. I only leave the website looking this way until you got a look on it.

I tried various settings for margins, scaling and size in the section "Thumbnails" but couldn't solve the problem.
All of the four pictures are in a square format of 600 x 600 px.

thanks for this code. I put it to gk.stuff.css, style1.css and style2.css but there is no change. Pictures still distorted with a lot of white space on the right hand side.

I downgraded to News Show Pro GK4 ver. 3.1.2 to get the usual display back for my website.
I will go on testing on my local webserver to solve the problem:

In Modul: News Show Pro GK4 I changed the settings for the first image box in the section Thumbnails. When I edit the field image margin e.g. to 0 for all four sides, the image gets displayed centered. I have white space to the left and right. But I couldn't scale the image width to a size that fills the box. At least with this changes, the picture is not distorted anymore.

Above all it seems that my language file is outdated. Some of the labels are not translated to text.
I don't know if this has to do with my problem but anyway, how can I update the language file?

Language file is probably loaded from the previous version and this is why You see this problem. Simply overwrite this file with the one from a version You have.

Anyway my code was 100% correct, because it was working for me. Please try update it once again, place the code there and I'll check if it wasn't held by cache or overwritten by another value.
