text color and main menu color and height

Hello everyone, Hope you're doing great. I'm using K2 for the content and wish to change the item text color. Where do I find the code to change this in the CSS files? Here's a link to my site : http://www.brigittegiguerecourtiere.com ... Itemid=684

I'd like to explore changing the main menu color and height. Again, where would I find this information?

Also, I have a previous post regarding a situation with the 'register' module. Any new ideas?

My advice. Please install Firebug, it's a Firefox plugin. That tool will help You to easy find the neccessary file and try changes live.
