No Comments Form After Login

Users are supposed to be able to provide a comment after login, and on each K2 Item there is the message 'Login to post comments' however after login there is simply no option to leave a comment.

I have sent GAVICK many emails over this issue and not a single reply, so support is lacking any help anyone can provide here is appreciated.
