Custom Error 404 page won't come up

Hello Gavick Team!
First of all, thanks for all your hard work on all the templates. They rock!

I have a question about the custom 404 page. For some reason in only comes up in cases like the one below:
http://www.ivybluedesigns.com/index.php/m

I guess as long as it's listed after the index.php. However, when I visit links like: http://www.ivybluedesigns.com/m, the custom 404 doesn't come up.

This is important to me, because I had an html base website before and there links like www.ivybluedesigns.com/about.html that still come up in the google search, and I just want to have your pretty 404 error page : )

Is this something you can help with?

i have the same problem with memovie v2.0.0
i use sh404sef for sef urls

Did You upgraded the template to 2.0 version ?

i use the latest version of memovie 2.0.0
on sh404sef there is option to chose from default 404 or some custom page
i chose default 404 and get this

I used postnote 2.o and the problem still persists. I enabled SEF on the configuration panel, but I did not use a plugin. I don't know if that makes a difference.

byt if we cant find solytion like this will upload it and send you access

i didnt change anything to the template (only css) and on sh404 its all default, i yest enable it

Like You can see, I've finaly found the thread

Please try to use mod_rewrite also. Do not forget to rename httaccess.txt to .htaccess . I couldn't do that because the ftp details do not work.

i now check this and still no change
on wrong url, i got 404 and open homepage
on localhost without sh404sef its the same

I can see You've changed Your template to some other club's. I'm pretty sure this has been solved for memovie and the update can be found in download section.

how you mean ive change template to some other club, i buy subscription only for that template
and using memovie 2.0.4

is this fixed in that version, or shall i renew subscription to get it working

The upgrade notes says that, but we cannot be sure unless You try it.
