How to delete messages from quickstart template

I"vedeleted messages from the jcomments component and from the K2 comments but still the demo messages appear . How to remove them?

which demo message do you mean (concern news)? the latest news from the category? or jcomments, which is also a module. you can turn off every module very easy. just uncheck it!

i want to delete the message present in all article (from administrator. i deleted the Jcomments component and disable the K2 comment, but nothing happend. Why?
