How to change text color

I want to change text color into a more readeable text. how do i do that?

Try to open site in some tools like firebug and check css classes for interesting element. For text color is line 19 in file style1.css.

I also have the problem with the text color! can you tell me how I can turn the light grey letters into darker ones. I can not find the line in the style1.css
