Logo in line with the menu

Hello Gavick!
I want to arrange the logo to be inline with the menu, as shown in the picture. The text from yhe logo to be in the same line with the menu.
Please help me!

please use this code. add it to override.css and enable it from the template manager

play with the pixels.
