Edit Date/Grey panel on left

Hi,
Can someone please explain how to edit the contents of the grey panel on the left containing the font size option, star rating, social sharing etc? I only want to display the 'Published in' and 'Tagged under' text below the date. I can see how to change the font size and background colours for the date, but not delete or hide the other various text below.

The only forum topic I can find deals with disabling it altogether -

This is K2 configuration. You must change Item view options.

go to Componnents->K2
click Add new item or choose existing one and edit
click Item view options - it is in right column
Here you have list of elements from left gray panel.
Change value from 'Inherit from category' to 'hide' for all which you don't want to see.

Thank you so much for your clear explanation. I guess I now need to change these settings in the category to apply to all items, instead of one by one.
