Video control bar doesn't show AND space pb in About me

Hi,
Congratulation for this beautiful template by the way!

I have 2 pbs:
- I've added a swf in my K2 article page, unfortunatly the video bar with the option play-pause-stop-volume doesnt show at all: I can't control the video at all.

- There is no more space between the picture and the text in "About me" module (in the homepage, position top1).
