TGZ file on the 1.5 template won't install.

The 1.5 template version is a .tgz file, and when I try to upload it to my site, it gives me the following error message:

* JFolder::create: Could not create directory
* Warning! Failed to move file.
* JFile::read: Unable to open file: '[original names removed]/public_html/tmp/gk_postnote_J!15.tgz'
* Unable to read archive

Hi

That's nothing with .tgz file.
It seams you have problems with permissions on your host.

I have installed two different templates with no problems. They were .zip, which is why I thought it was the tgz issue. The template directory permissions have not been changed. Any ideas?

Honestly i never saw problems with server handling tgz files...
Anyway, try install this .zip file instead.

gk_postnote_J15.zip

Hi, That one didn't work either. I sent it to my host and they fixed the issue, it was not permission. This is their response:
