I would like to move higher over the logo and the menu, I tried to change the template.css but can not find the right code. how can I do?

I would like to have it as image

You have to change the /* Logo */ section in file template.css, but I don't see any difference between the original template and the modification you want to do.

I have change the logo section and now it is ok. thank you
